Alla fine degli anni 70 , a New York, c’era un solo luogo sinonimo di
stravaganza, provocazione e divertimento. Era il famosissimo Studio 54! Il club
dove hanno ballato i personaggi più pazzi, controversi di quegli anni.
Questo club garantiva ogni sera «la festa più grande del mondo».
Musica ad alto volume, scenografie allusive e tutti gli eccessi della città di
New York, in un unico luogo magico. Quello che avveniva al suo interno era
riportatoimmancabilmente dai giornali. Un luogo dove le etichette
sociali sparivano e tutti potevano essere protagonisti.Questo Club
fu anche la prima discoteca ad adottare sistematicamente la selezione
all’ingresso… e per alcune serate speciali, il “pass” d’ingresso era un
braccialetto con la sagoma delle cuffie.
TOO LATE celebra il potere della musica che ogni notte fa ballare
