Giulia Barela lives in Rome. Her collection, always evolving, is born and produced in Italy. After dedicating some years to International Relations, Giulia pursued her true passion by continuously developing her creative side. Initially, she opened a charming boutique hotel in her family’s palace in central Rome, and then she began attending workshops with renowned jewelry artisans, quickly mastering several techniques. Giulia skillfully leveraged her rich cultural and artistic background, as well as her experiences in the fields of architecture, interior design, and contemporary art. In 2010, she launched her own line of jewelry in bronze and silver. She personally carves each piece in wax and then reproduces them in metal. Giulia Barela’s jewelry is both contemporary and traditional, perfect for a woman who appreciates objects with a story of culture, tradition, and craftsmanship. Her pieces become an integral part of the wearer’s life. Her collection is presented twice a year in Paris during Fashion Week and is available in Japan, Russia, Canada, USA, Germany, and Italy. Her showroom is located near Piazza Navona in Rome and near Castello Sforzesco in Milan.
