is excited to announce the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia final designer
schedule. Over 70 designers are confirmed to take part in Australia’s premiere
fashion industry event, showcasing the Spring/Summer 2015/16 collections of
local design talent April 12-16, 2015.

One
of Australia’s most celebrated designers first spotted on the runway in 1996,
Akira Isogawa joins this year’s
prestigious line-up to celebrate 20 years of MBFWA. 

Opening
the event will be New-York based expats TOME, appearing on the official schedule for
the first time after having impressed international critics with their seasonal
shows in New York and recent showcase in Paris.

International
red carpet favourite and dresser of the stars, from Madonna to Chrissy Teigan,
renowned Australian Designer Johanna
Johnson
will close the week with a celebration of opulence in a show
presented by Capitol Grand. 

Designers
added to the prestigious lineup include Michael Lo Sordo, Ashkar Line, Gary
Bigeni, Gail Sorronda, Jennifer Kate and Serpent and The Swan.

Designers
for 3UP presented by Braun have also
been released and the Braun team will support upcoming design talent backstage,
Black by Geng and Injury.
